What types of custom furniture do you offer?
We specialize in bespoke cabinetry, media units, wardrobes, and other custom-built furniture to suit your space and style.
Can I provide my own design for the furniture?
Absolutely! Weāre happy to work from your designs or collaborate to bring your ideas to life. You can upload your own sketches or photos at the bottom of the bespoke quote forms
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials, including solid woods, veneers, MDF, Melamine Faced MDF and Vinyl Faced LUXE Boards. Find out more on the 'Our Material Page'
Do you offer drawings so I can check the design before approval?
Yes, drawings and quotes are free. This gives you the opportunity to make tweaks to ensure the cabinetry is tailored exactly to your requirements.
DESIGN AND CUSTOMIZATION
Can I choose the size, colour, and finish of the furniture?
Yes, everything we offer is completely bespoke. Well... Within reason. You can select colours, sizes etc. on the 'Bespoke Quote Form'
What if Iām unsure about the design I want?
Our team offers design consultations to help you create a piece that perfectly fits your style and requirements.
Do you offer built-in or freestanding options?
We create both built-in and freestanding furniture to suit your preferences and space.
Do you offer finishes like paint, stains, or lacquers?
Unfortunately, if you do select the MR/MDF this will be offered sanded unprimed and unpainted. Same applies to stains for woods/veneered, this must be sourced elsewhere.
ORDERING AND PRICING
How do I place an order?
You can get started through our website using the bespoke quote form or via email. If you wish to proceed with the quote you will need to email finefitfurniture@gmail.com
What is the lead time for custom furniture?
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the project, but typically range from 6ā12 weeks. You will be provided with an estimate with your quote
How much does custom furniture cost?
Pricing depends on size, materials, and complexity. Contact us for a detailed quote.
Do you require a deposit?
No, payment must be made in full. Once received your project will be scheduled, materials ordered and design checks.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Minor changes can be made early in the process. Major changes may incur additional charges.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Do you deliver and install the furniture?
We offer delivery which is included in the quote cost. We are supply only so the cabinet will need be assembled on site by yourself. You will receive an instruction guide and exploded drawing. All panels will be labelled to match
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily serve local and regional clients, but feel free to contact us for special requests.
Will you ensure the furniture fits into my space?
Yes, our team will design the furniture to fit your space perfectly. We will provide guidance regarding how to measure the space if necessary.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all our furniture comes with a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
What if my furniture is damaged during delivery?
If damage occurs during delivery, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. Damages will need to be confirmed within one week of delivery date for this to be honoured.
MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
Can you repair or modify furniture I purchased from you?
Yes, we offer repair and modification services for our furniture. This is within reason and we will advise if a change is not possible
What happens if Iām not satisfied with my furniture?
I am afraid we do not offer refunds as these are one off items. It is imperative that you ask all questions and are satisfied with the drawings at the quote stage.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
As all pieces are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we strive to resolve any issues.
Do you offer ongoing customer support?
Yes, our team is always available to answer questions and assist with any post-sale needs.
